- In case any person is tested covid positive, he/she needs to share his/her RT-PCR report. This report will be sent to the lab for verification. After verification, the respective person would be issued with the credit note with all the T&C's.
- In case of Lockdown imposed by the govt. in the state from where the traveller is travelling or in the destination state, in that scenario he/she would be issued with the credit note with all the T&C's.
